1. The Customer undertakes to use the Apartment exclusively for tourist accommodation or recreational purposes, which means that they maysublet the apartment or provide free use of any premises to any third parties.
2. Immediately upon check-in, the Customer is obliged to report any irregularities or faults found in the Apartment; otherwise, failure to report irregularities may result in the Customer being charged for the cost of repairing the identified damages.
3. There is a nighttime silence rule in the Apartment (patiobalcony) from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. In case of failure to comply with commonly accepted norms of social coexistence, disturbing the peace of neighbors, TomiConcept reserves the right to immediately terminate the Reservation with immediate effect, without any obligation to refund the costs for the unused period of stay.
4. Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited in the Apartments. In case of violation of the party organization ban, the Lessor reserves the right to immediately terminate the Reservation, without any obligation to refund the costs for the unused period of stay.
5. ABSOLUTE SMOKING BAN applies in the Apartment, including tobacco, drugs, and e-cigarettes. In case of non-compliance with the ban, TomiConcept may impose an additional fee of PLN 500, without prejudice to TomiConcepts right to claim damages on general principles.
6. Customers are obliged to properly secure the Apartment, which means precisely closing the entrance doors, windows, and balcony doors each time they leave and carefully storing keys, codes without allowing access to them by unauthorized persons. It is prohibited to remove any items from the Apartment. Customers are obliged to take care of the rented Apartment, including turning off unnecessary lighting, turning off the water, andremoving information posted in the Apartment.
7. The Customer is obliged to maintain and return the Apartment in an undamaged condition except for wear resulting from normal use. Guests of the Apartment on the day of departure are required to dispose of their garbage in the bins located outside.
8. TomiConcept or another designated person has the right to enter the Apartment to repair a malfunction or in case of a reasonable suspicion that the Customer is violating the provisions of these Regulations.
9. The Customer is obliged to pay special attention to the proper operation of batteries, fixtures, and electrical appliances. Due to fire protection regulations, the Customer mayuse any electrical appliancesconstituting equipment, except: computer, razor, hair dryer, phone charger.
10. TomiConcept isresponsible for items left in the apartment. Any return of items left behind is possible only at the Customers expense.
11. The Customer is responsible for the actions and omissions ofguests staying with them in the Apartment as if they were their own.
12. The Customer is obliged to immediately report any damages caused by themselves during their stay and promptly cover their equivalent value. The Customer also bears full responsibility for damages caused by persons staying in the Apartment with their consent or knowledge. If the damages make further rental impossible, the Customer additionally bears financial responsibility for each day excluded from the rental, in the amount of twice the current price for the respective Apartment.
13. In case of contamination of the apartment with vomit, excrement, or other soiling substances, the Customer is obliged, at TomiConcepts request, to cover the costs of cleaning carpets and other contaminated surfaces - in the amount of PLN 1500.
14. The number of persons staying in the apartment mustexceed the number stated during the reservation. If the number of persons exceeds this limit, the Customer will be charged an additional fee of PLN 200 for each additional person per day.
